hi,bought car from dealer ,the car is just over a year old,spoke to ford customer services,they say they may pay a goodwill payment toward the cost of replacement if dealership contacts them under warranty claim even though it is out of first year ford warranty,still need to speak to them though!fingers crossed!

hi,am new to this forum,bought c-max 1.8 ghia in jan this yearand have a problem! wife filled the car up and the petrol cap cover came off in her hand,hinge just snapped,dealer says out of warranty,warranty expired mid april!!suprise suprise!has any body else had this happen?,any help would be great.dealer says our fault .new hinge and ford dealer labour expensive
