I braved it and actually did the work myself after the local dealer failed to ring back as they had promised. It was quite easy really, although a little unnerving when cutting through the material and foam. However they look ok and could be better but I don't have another seat to have another go :-) ISOfix all in and working! Thanks for all your help.

Hello all, Sorry a newbie question here. We bought a C-Max on the understanding that the machine had isofix points. Needless to say i should have done a little more research at the time, but thought nothing of it. We are closing in to baby delivery-day and really need to get this sorted. Our dealer was about as much use as a plank, sending us from one department to another and finally asked us to come back on Monday when they would phone Ford.
