have just purchased a 53 plate focus with the same problem, not had chance to investigate further but not been brave enough to get the screwdriver out yet........

have discovered that this is a 6000 unit. After scrolling through the options on the menu I can find the date option, currently showing october 2000! but nothing seems to want to change this, any suggestions?

unsure, as no audio docs were supplied I am in the dark. If there is a way of finding out do you know how? Its due to go to to ford garage to be checked under warranty for reverse light failure so will ask there and post the response unless you can help?

I have just purchased a 53 plate c-max, vetec. The clock on the radio is incorrect and there was no audio manual supplied, can anyone please shed some light on how to change the clock. I know it will be an easy fix but just cant see the wood for the trees at the moment. Thanks
