No you don't but if you take off the outside cover there is another one inside of it and it's metal and not easy to move.

I have allready a hand made coil over system(i have some foto to show you) that lowering my Focus aboyt 4mm. Otherwise it's not possibly to feet that 19'' alloy. Sorry for my English!!!!
