Now you are making me nervous im picking up my new focus on saturday - its used 10.5 months old - 1.6 Ghia The reason im getting it is that just over a year ago i got a facelift focus, used again and in the last year its had countless parts replaced including the ignition coil and fuse box Its had all sorts of problems - engine management light on, boot not opening correctly, interior lights refusing to go off and the most serious was refusing to start and then cutting out while driving it which resulted in it being towed to the garage - they seem completely incapable of fixing it so ive

Congrats on the new car - i have a 52 reg ghia, owned it just over a year in which has ended up having a new fuse box, new igition coil, god knows how many cables replaced oh and spent a good 9 months with intermittent starting problems - wouldnt mind but i wanted the car really badly and ill be sad to see it go but im worried its not really safe after the engine cut out wen driving it As a result its being part exchanged on saturday for a 1.6 - 05 reg - Focus Ghia with 3,800 miles on :D
