Does anyone find that when engines cold that the cars throttle response when used lightly feels a bit jerky especially when you come of the throttle at low speeds almost as if it's kangarooing slightly, if that makes any sense!! Cheers Pete P.S cars a 1.6

Anyone fitted under bonnet felt /insulation i.e felt sheet that's clipped to the underside of the bonnet, if so have you noticed it make any differnce to engine noise etc, I know some models have it but my 1.6 doesn't as standard. Cheers Pete

Cheers Guys , not a problem just thought something might be a miss as my last car a Vx Omega had everything lit up.Main thing is these Focus's are a hell of a lot easier to control than the other car was, only thing I find is the road noise from the front as it's front wheel drive so there's a lot more going on with the running gear etc, so I suppose that counts for it. Ok thanks mate, but what about the indicator business as said upon 1st press I get no indicator flash Cheers Pete

Can anyone confirm the arming and dis-arming of vehicle; When unlocking , the indicators flash once and when locking , if I press the lock button (symbol with two padlocks) on fob Once, the car will lock , but no indicator flash, if i then press the lock button again then the indicators will flash twice .Is this correct as I'm a bit concerned that I get no indicator flashing on 1st press of the Lock button. Hi guys, new to the forum ,so beware could be asking some dumb questions!! Anyone know the torque settings for the Road wheel bolts on a 2005 1.6 focus, they're the Steel wheels if that makes any difference! :) Cheers Pete
