  1. Based on the Sony system I saw I'd say the first one - but I don't know if the satnav system differs at all. I'm assuming your iPod has a 3.5mm jack? Actually, I'm assuming the socket in the car is 3.5mm and not some other size... I didn't measure it ;-) I'd wait for someone who has more of a clue than me....
  2. In the photos what are the two items mounted on top of your dash?
  3. Is it really that simple? I'm sure it wouldn't have been that much effort to make a 3 spoke wheel with the buttons :( I'm getting a titanium and would have liked the cruise control.
  4. Any stereo audio cable I guess. You can get a double ended 3.5mm cable and plug it into just about anything - walkman, mp3 player, laptop... you name it :-)
  5. Sounds neat. Is there any power in the glove box? Or do you have to make sure your batteries are charged up?
  6. It says an "external AUX jack" in the brochure. To me that suggest a headphone-style socket that you can connect a line in to. A USB socket would be awesome, but seems a bit unlikely to me. I've not seen one though... Now I have seen one. It's a headphone-style jack, not USB. It's at the top front of the glove box. I guess it's 3.5mm, but I couldn't easily tell...

  8. I presume it's just like a headphone jack socket?
  9. Only the Zetec's have the black surrounds - this is a titanium.
  10. Can you confirm the spec? Looks like a Titanium in Jeans Blue to me :)
  11. Looks the same as the brochure pictures to me.
  12. Well, the 1.6(115) has more power than a normal 1.6, so I thought it would be sufficient. I believe I test drove one - the sales guy didn't seem to know what is was, but thought it was a 1.6 - and it wasn't too bad. I think the 2.0 is around 800 quid (list) more than the 1.6... which made me agonise over whether it's really worth it :-) I'd forgotten about the DEATC when I wrote the above. Yes, it sounds neat. Wouldn't it have be nice for climate control as standard in the ghia/titanium? I don't care what temperature my passenger has :D This is the first new car I've bought, so I'm spendi
  13. Had a look through some of the other posts and noticed a few common options cropping up like the Adaptive Front Lighting. Just wanted an idea what people thought about the options available on the new focus. Has anyone used the Adaptive Front Lighting? Does it work well? Is it worth getting the Xenon lights instead? (shame it's one or the other really!) Other options I'm interested in are the ESP, the bluetooth phone stuff, and maybe the solar reflect windshield. Is the Interior Styling Pack worth getting on the Titanium model? I've seem one or two people say it's not worth it. I'm think
