with no result off cource! I tried it 2 weeks ago, as someone in this forum mentioned it, a litle time ago. Unfortunately nothing hapend. The clock never showed up on the screen. So I am still waiting for a solution from Ford official dealer :cry:

:( Great communication approach but no results. I mentioned to the person from Ford Motor Hellas about this forum and he replied that this forum is unofficial. I replied of course its unofficial, but there I can have a clue about the sollution provided to customers, with the same problem as mine. Also its very helpfull to know the approach of Ford service in other countries. Hello from Greece. I own a 1.6 Ti-VCT Ghia C-max for two months now. The car is what I expected so far, but problems with the Sony audio system ruins my cheer. The car is manufactured on March of 2005, as I can see from VIN number and has Cluster ROM version 541. The Sony R/CD Mp3 audio system was installed on the car by the dealer just before I took it (new). The problem I have is similar to the problem I 've read about Sony systems and clock adjustement, although somehow different. The clock does not show on the Sony Unit at all from day one!!! Opening the unit I am getting a "Not Config
