I was wondering if anyone knows what shipping mode is? Whilst the car didn't have the key in I pressed the mode button and held it down, I then turned the key to ignition and it came up with "enter shipping mode?" Does anyone know what this is?/Does?

I have an idea to make my focus like other cars when you unlock them with the key fob the lights come on... I know the focus already has the function but only when you are getting out of the car by pulling the indicator stalk backwards. However what do you guys think to this - Cutting into the wire for the puddle lamp mirrors then wiring it to the auto lights... I believe in theory this may make it so when you unlock the car the auto lights will have power on the delay with the interior lights? obviously if I leave the function on auto lights then when I unlock, it then has power and t

I tired halfords and they used both Ford and Sony keys in my stereo and neither worked. Its looking like buying a whole new stereo when the battery goes I think

Does anyone know how to get radio keys for a sony mp3 stereo.. A couple of keys are not working on my stereo and I want to try to remove the stereo to try and sort out the problem. The big problem is one of the buttons is number 4 which I need working incase my battery goes one day and I need to put my key code in which if memory serves you need all 1 to 4 buttons to enter the code:( I have been to Ford garage in Rotherham and they said only ford registered people can have the keys.. they said talk to some people who they use to do their stereos and when I phoned them they said they dont d

Yes I need the mic for my roof and the wire looms to according to the sticky topic, but before I start getting them I thought its probably a good idea to make sure the stereo is compatible, does anyone have any ideas if the Sony MP3 player is compatible? because I dont have the BT option on my menu, but can I change it at all or get it updated? Hi im really interested in fitting voice control to my 56 titanium focus however my Sony MP3 player does not have the bluetooth option on it anywhere? does anyone know how to get it on?? i think its supposed to be on the menu if you keep hold of the menu button for a while buts its not there. Ive seen the sticky post however it does not have any sort of information about the stereo's themselves or am i just missing something? thanks Adam
