Yup, my 59 Titanium ran out yesterday with no warning. It was built in December 2009, so i guess it doesn't come as standard now. It's a bit crap not having an indicator on a so called higher model. Cant remember my last car that didnt have an indicator.......OK i can it was an Escort Estate G plate.

Hi m8 Thanks for the reply and the link. I dont think i'll bother with the USB socket, its a bit too much of an outlay for the end result. I ordered a Brodit holder (It will sit over the air vent just to the left of the steering wheel) I'm planning of running a power cable and 3.5mm cable down behind the center console. I'll use your info and get the 12v from the loom. I'll take photo's if anybody is interested. cheers

Hi I just got a 59Titanium 5dr. I'm looking to get a 12v socket to feed an iPhone. The car has a powerstart button, so the only 12v socket is in the centre armrest. It means to connect the iPhone I need a 3.5mm audio cable from the glovebox and a cable from the armrest to connect to the phone, not very practical or thought out. I was planning on running the aux cable to behind the centre console and pickup a 12v from where the ashtrays used to be, then connect them and run 2 cables tied together to the phone up near the drivers left leg. I just took possesion of a new 1.6 Titanium in Vision Blue, i'll let you know if it has a low level indicator when it runs out. Mine came with powerstart button, heated seats, tyre pressure indicator which I didn't expect :lol: Only downside was the wheels have been changed to 16" multispoke :( Also I don't know if it should have had an aux input, as i cant find it in the glovebox or centre console. It has the single CD Sony DAB radio, anybody know if the aux cable can be retrofitted to it? cheers
