I have an Auto (4 speed) 1.6 non estate. Overall average over a year is 34.4 MPG using actual figues of every mile and fuel put in on spreadsheet. Focus computer is spot on the same (it was over reading at first but now in line). When I am taking it easy up and down the A1 Hertfordshire to Yorkshire which I do once or twice a month, I can get 40 MPG. This is driving at the speed limit only and paying attention to acceleration and breaking patterns. Normal around town driving about 32 MPG Boy racer style about 24 MPG
