I've ordered my car from dixons motor group, comes from a uk ford garage e.t.c. Problem is though if i upgrade the alloys, how do i know which ones i will get. Ford seem to do 4 different variations of the 17" wheels

I keep changing my mind, i can only afford one or the other :lol: Its looks vs sound quality with both options costing the same If you could have one of the options what would be your choice

Decided to stay with the standard head unit, I'll stick to cdr's and my itrip. If i ever get bored of that i'll upgrade to a single slot colour screen unit. The 17's on the car is very tempting, think it'll suit the loud colour i've gone for. Do you have any pics?

hehe i agree where i live theres far too many speed bumps, the smaller the wheels the better. I Think 16's will do me just fine, just gotta decide whether to pay the extra 200 pounds for the sony unit. It looks great in the car, has more speakers and mp3 which most of my music collection is on nowadays! The only thing that stops me is whether eventually ford may offer to install the aux cable to the ford 6000 unit at a cost Think i am going to sleep on it and phone tomorrow if I decide to go for it. Wish they could have thrown it in with the car :lol:

may well be worth it for mp3 features, sick of having cd's in glovebox getting scratched. Realsied 17 inch alloys will probably affect my insurance, so i''ll leave that. Just got to decide if its worth paying 200 pounds for the sony unit. :shock:

I have ordered a 3 door 1.6ze (115) zetec climate in aquarius blue standard spec. Thought it was a great car having test driven it. The engine may not be as quick as my 05 1.8 edge i'm coming from but it seems far smoother and nippier at higher speeds around 65-80mph. I have been looking around this site for a while, i'm wondering if its worth paying the 200 pounds extra for the sony mp3 unit. Does this mean i will also get a connection for an ipod in my glovebox aswell as being able to play mp3 cd's. Also, I wonder if its worth paying another 200 pounds to upgrade to the 17 inch alloys.

Tango red was a bit on the orange side for me. I'll be checking out the paintwork when it arrives. Hopefully they are doing something about the colour mis-matching

I went for Aquarius Blue which is coming in May. Wanted this colour as I thought it was very loud hehe which is good as i'm still young at 22. Got the one of the very last ones to made. Ford have now discontinued 2 of the colours i personally really liked- Aquarius (just been discontinued) Deep Rosso Red ( discontinued few months ago) Least there wil be less of mine around in a few years when i come to sell it :D

As written in the focus talk section, i wrote off my ford focus edge. Ive got a new one on its way, only problem is i dont have a car for a long time now. Was a shock far longer than I had expected- maybe they don't make many of the 3 door version i chose! Dealer tried to put me off aquarius to start with saying ford were stopping the production of this colour to make it a limited edition shade??
