hi twice today (in one go) my zetec 1.6 petrol refused to start, turned the key and nothing apart from dash lights. third time it started... i just gave it a good run on the bank holiday so it should be charged up! no dash lights have stayed on, and it's done it once before today! any ideas? just found this ,is it relevant to my start problem? You may find it useful to turn the ignition on (position 2), wait a few seconds (maybe let a couple of the lights go out) then turn the key to position 3 and start the car.........this will allow the ECU and the sensors time to sort their stuff out befor
