  1. Sorry to say, but I hope the Council come round and plant some wooden post's to prevent you, and others, from parking there! I'm sure you will find that you are actually breaking the Law, even to cross a grass verge! These grassed areas are an amenity for all, put there for all to enjoy and not simply for you to churn-up and use as your own personal car park! Your C-Max does indeed look good in that shade of green, but the grass is and should remain greener! This is a C-MAX site isnt it?
  2. I just get the feeling that im being lied to by this dealer. Battery was replace for a higher capacity battery at the first breakdown. So that battery went flat after 3 months as well. Why should we have to manage the battery. If they told me that when we were looking at the car i would have walked. Sale of goods must come into play here. Why do car dealers seem to be above this law?
  3. 04 vehicle purchase Oct 05 After 3 months battery went flat unexpectedly. Jumped etc ok, then kept going flat. Back to dealers for software and battery improvement? 3 months later flat again, dealer recharged battery and checked system all ok. Dealer now blaming driver for leaving lights on and/or too short journeys. Also advised by dealer to expect good running until the Autumn, then expect problems? And we should 'manage' the problem by occassionally charging the battery. Now this is rubbish. What has everybody else done in the face of this obvious nonsense? I turn to you guys
