AH its not the grille its the badge on my sprayed grille which is colour coded

its not inside the car i hear the vibration its outside the car

Lol i managed to get time to clean car abit. :lol: That badge on grille is ms design badge

all the bolts seemed tight enough so i just fiddled about with it bent it slightly and it seems to have carmed down still there but no way near as bad

Nothing i can do to secure it so it doesnt vibrate so much??? Do i need the shield?

it never use to do it again though

where is the heat shield and how can i stop it from rattling as it makes my system sound very bad :cry:

This noise is more like a rattle then vibration! Sounds like it could be coming from under car but not sure

As above the noise is very clangy and very annoying! Very loud from outside the car but cant hear it in side

ok £280 for ms design kit, was very lucky with that price. And then i paid £320 to get kit sprayed by a company near me! Then i paid £70 for the colour coding(wing mirrors, side strips, rear strip with sensor holes, grille, door handles and boot grab handle.)

yes its the imobilser ring, which sences code in key.

So why dont you cut the loom apart to follow the wires and then tape them up?? Or beter yet most things are fused so get sum butt plugs and cut the wires to fuse box and crimp them back to gether while u test them!

Ok sorted mirrors done now i will get pics 2day some time of car but be warned its abit dirty! The problem is i was trying to poke wire through with mirror folded but when i did it with mirror unfolded it went through first time!

Halford can remove stereo for you at a cost £5 i think
