what car was he driving??

i think technik will have a focus soon and change his mind about how bland or ugly it is to him,ive had a lot of people asking me about the car.Even had some of the local boy racers admiring it.I'll post a pic of the titanium interior with sony cd if anyone wants to see,and i have to agree i dont like the fake wood trim,sorry

i drove my old mk1 foci last night and while it is a great drive i just cant compare it at all with the mk2 ive got now,i never noticed how many rattles and creaks my mk1 had,i think ive been lucky with my mk2 as ive got no rattles an d around here on the welsh countryside roads your car gets a good shake up.

Yeah must of been in hell of a mess,it's taken you ages to clean it?

youve got to drive it a bit longer than that mate,to truly enjoy the drive take one for a spin on a motoway somewhere and then have a rethink

nothing on mine.....so far hopefully for not at least another 2 years

yeah 2ltr is a beast,first time ive ever got a buzz from putting my foot down,looks like i might pick up my first speeding ticket in this one!!!!!

with regards to your steering,can you select the steering options on the computer,with mine you can select comfort,standard and sport.

31 mpg on my 2ltr tdci so far.

the blowing is normal,i sat in a tdci in the showroom just now and it had it too.the salesman told me theer is a problem with the 2.0ltr tdci engine,you cant ordr any due to high demand he said,and he said it will be later on in the year when he can take orders again,i got in 2 weeks before the cut off....phew..

hmmm,i may have a fault somewhere then,coz when i put my foot down its like the blowers are on in the front!!!!

what about the blowing noise at the windscreen??it sounds like its coming from the vents by the windscreen

i have the 2ltr diesel and it seems fine so far,the only thing i noticed is that when i put my foot down i get the effect of as if the blowers have come on at the front by the windscreen,i will be checking this out with the dealer

i have mine set to comfort steering and it is really reponsive

Anyone else here with a 2.0ltr tdci advise please,when i put my foot down going in 4th to 5th to 6th betwenn 50-80mph the engine makes a blowing sort of noise in the passenger side of the car???likeasif youve turned the blowers up in the car?is this normal
