Yes, I love it. It would be just the thing to replace the cheap, sharp edged plastic one that Ford fitted to my Zetec. How do I get the old one off? It is a lease car so it would have to be returned to standard in time.

I tolerated the seats in my old style Focus for three years, but could never get comfortable. The seats in my new C-Max are a joy to use. Almost as good as Rover seats.

As a disabled ex-motorcyclist, I don’t find your attitude very amusing. I was the victim of a hit-and-run car driver who apparently did not see me in spite of the orange jacket. I’ll tell my wife and kids the bit about life being too short; perhaps they will think it as funny as you do.

For the first time, I ran my 2.0 TDCI with the low fuel warning light on and "30 miles to empty" on the display. When I restarted after parking for a short time, the engine ran but would not respond to the throttle. There was also a slight smell of diesel fuel. After a short time, it cleared and ran fine for the next 5 miles to a filling station. Anyone care to offer an explanation?

I feel underprivileged now. I’ve only got one! However, my car is remarkably rattle free. Perhaps it's all down to the tuning of the felt content! :lol:

Does anyone else have a 2 inch square patch of felt glued to the passenger seat belt latch? What is it for? :?

I bought a new 2.0 TDCI C-Max Zetec a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. It does not seem to suffer from any of the problems I read about on this site, but perhaps I am not a very critical customer. The one thing that does annoy me is the gear change knob! As one of the major interfaces with the driver, I would have thought Ford could have done better. The plastic is hard and cheap feeling with lots of sharp edges! Does anyone else feel the same? Is a replacement available? How do I get the old one off?
