I have a Zetec climate 2.0 petrol and was wondering if my glovebox is air conditioned? Was it an option or do you get it automatically when you have air con fitted? There is supposed to be a flap which can be turned to let air conditioned air to flow into the glovebox or not. I can see something at the rear of the glovebox but there does not seem any way to adjust the airflow. Any ideas? P.S Had my car for a couple of weeks now and I'm enjoying every second of it. What a great car. I'll have to post some pics soon. Just have to get round to taking them. :)

I have a Zetec Climate, which comes with the heated windscreen, but is it suppose to come with heated washer jets aswell? Looking in the Focus brochure, at the specifications in the back, it says that with the heated windscreen you have the heated washer jets aswell. I've had a look at the front of the car and can't see where the washer jets would pop up from, that's if I have any in the first place.

Is this box used just for the petrol engined cars?

Had my new Focus Zetec climate 2.0 petrol for a few days and I'm not finding the gearbox that smooth. Crunched the gears twice since I've had it (which I've never done in my Mondeo). It is mechanical in feel. This compares to my 10 year old Mondeo who's gearbox is brilliant, very smooth. A pleasure to use. In reviews, I've read how good the gearbox/clutch is but I'm not finding that. Is it because it's new and needs to bed in? The same goes for the engine. No power at all really compared to my 1800 petrol mondeo.

What exactly does it do, as I've not heard of it?

How exactly does it work? Do the dealers have a price list for Privilege customers, or can the dealer set his own price? I'm going to get a Zetec climate for September 1st, so before I go into the showroom I want to know if I should tell the salesman straight away that I have the Privilege voucher or get their best price and then tell them? You get rubbish TC and you get excellent TC (kicking in when it's really needed). How good is the focus's? Thanks

Has anyone bought a new Focus Zetec with normal suspension, and had the Eibach suspension fitted afterwards. Did you find any difference in ride etc.? Thanks

The same thing happens in my mondeo. Does anyone know why the revs do this?

I will be getting a Focus saloon Zetec climate in the near future which is supposed to have a more sporty suspension set up, but will the car be lower than it is on normal suspension, or for that matter as low if fitted with the optional sports suspension? I don't like the big gaps you get between the wheel arches. When ordering the car i want to know if it will be worth having the optional sport suspension fitted, but will it affect the ride too much. Thanks
