  1. I have bought the bike rack for the inside... it is really cool Also the rook rack.
  2. Seems the fith gear reviewers (actually driving the car) disagree with your educated opinion!!
  3. Do not know if you saw the NEW focus reveiwed last night? It was explaining how it was on the C2 chassis, the same as the c-max. They said how much better the new chassis' handling is compered to the old one!!! MMmmmMMMMmmmMMMmmMMMmmMMMM
  4. Funny you should say that. I phoned for a roof rack the weekend, they said was it a 3, 5 or estate. I said it was a c-max, and it was five door only. The guy said the others might be coming out soon then???!!!??? I just put it down to the fact the nerds that create the computer system dont know the cars that well!!!
  5. Actually it would be an ultima up against a zzetec, but I think suspension is same as ghia.
  6. Will do. I don t think there is a difference? They are velour with quite a bucket on them, but dont think thats any different from a ghia?
  7. 27 views and not one reply? :( At least when i owned a normal focus people talked in other forums!!!
  8. Having done plenty of miles in both I disagree. SIMPLE AS THAT!
  9. Mine has done 360 miles only. Just done first full fill up. MPG is now reading 34.5MPG, Does not worry me too much yet
  10. If you read a few comments in the following thread, it seems that the c-max and all our winging here has lead to a bit of a mis understanding of how great the c-max is. Lets be a bit more + and less -- in the future guys and gals!!! http://www.ffoc.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=50081 Having said that I know most of us consider the problem to be with Fords service and not the car!!! RANT OVER
  11. I was annoyed by the fact that I wanted my clock to read miles, but the temp guage to read centigrade. Without reading the manual, I decided it was not possible. Reseting the clocks yeasterday following a fill up I realised it could be done!!!! HAPPY BUNNY!!
  12. Don't just focus on the bad!!! The hollow clonk might be loose spare tyre or jack? The radio is a one hour fix, TSB 41 or something (check other posts) MPG will need a couple of tanks to settle down, plus it is a new engine, will still be a bit tight. ENJOY THE CAR!!!! You are suffering from the same thing as me, if you read this forum enough your LOOK  for problems!
  13. I'm gonna throw a spanner in the works here. I reckon m 2 ltr TDCI ulitima handles better then my 115 tdci ghia I sold to get it!!!! Second generation chassis and all that!!!
  14. I was actually looking for a free first aid kit and warning triangle!!!! But hey..... suppose I could dream big!
  15. I think I will be annoying just for the sake of it. I was remembered in the dealership by a salesman who did not even serve me 16 months ago when I got my Last tdci focus: "your the guy that gave Mark a really hard time over the price...." Nice to know I give it to them!!!!
  16. I think my expectations must be high or something. One oversight? If I make one oversight in my profession there would be trouble, why should these monkeys not be responsible for lack of care
  17. If you're happy, i'm happy. Not sure about price difference in those two. The focus 115 is a great car. It is what I sold to get my C-MAX. I loved that car, really torquey planty of MPG and pretty much hassle free (I can eplain why I say pretty much if you want) Just REALLY love the C-MAX more, does it not bother you that in three months residuals will plummet on the focus when the new one comes out? Might not be a big drop i'm sure. The 115 is a great car. Good luck with it, i'm sure you will love it. I had 17" MP3 alloys on mine (7 spoke) Look the business but VERY easy to
  18. Cool, i`ll check. Thanks Do you think that PDI centre should be moaned at LOTS if they released my vehicle with the clock thing not fixed? I had to return to service a week later to have the TSB fix done. I know about the fault.....why did PDI not check? What do you think? Got any milegae in looking for freebies?
  19. So I might have a puncture repair in one of my BRAND NEW TYRES????
  20. I have those flash washers with my xenons, if your meet some one with a cmax with them, get a demo, they are really wicked!! Really powerful spray!
  21. Good man, The right decision. I have just come back from a half hour spin in mine. Can you believe it, I have owned six other brand new cars, the fun of driving has thoroughly worn off.....BUT....this car has got me like a 17 year old, nipping out JUST to drive it!!!!
  22. Thanks for the suggeston, but it is the spare, not heavy at all. Having said that...would be heavy if you were doing a 12 hour shift and moving loads of them!!!
  23. Weird one? I checked tyre pressures of the week old car today, the spare too. Noticed it looked dirty, when I took it out, it had a a couple of stones stuck in the tread. Any ideas why? I dont think it had been driven much as it has all marks oin it. Just a bit perplexed as to why it might be "used"?
  24. Well said that man! Just what this forum needs, some more positive comments!! It really easy to get all wrapped up in negatvity and not see as clearly as we should.
