dunno why but my other thread seems to have vanished but never mind well i finally received the reg number for my new car today :mrgreen: its one step away now! :twisted: the car is still sat in the liverpool depot but should be on its way to yorkshire by the end of the week and ill pick it up next saturday, so in total its took just over 2 months to receive a new car :evil: it could have been worse i suppose but its the wait thats done my head in and the fact its so close to christmas :lol: going to be hard to say by to me old MK1 :cry:

well ford cover there backsides by saying they can change whatever they want in the brochure when they choose to, so legally they are covered, morally? nah :lol:

YES! i get colour coded sides :lol: sorry about yours rocky but i know exactly what you mean very infuriating

its strange! i cant tell if they now come as standard from Zetec Climate up or people have just asked for them toi be sprayed, i hope mine are colour coded :lol:

There seems to me to be massive dis-continuity in the range for MK2 of the colour of the bumper strips around the car, the only ones that seem to get (according to the brochure) fully colour coded strips are the Ghia and Titanium, i ordered a zetec and im a bit dissapointed that they dont at least come with the side strips colour coded, i was suprised then the other day to see a zetec 07 plate with colour coded side strips :shock: has ford just decided to do it from the zetec upwards? if so happy days! some clarity on the matter is appreciated :lol:

Having noticed some of our MK1s have nice steering wheel covers, i wondered if there are any for MK2s i believe isotta make these anyone know of any plans for MK2 ones? reason i ask is the steering wheel on my MK1 really shows its age, id happily get one for my new car if it wasnt some horrible thing from halfrauds :lol:

well i wasnt a new focus basher in fact ill say its a tidy motor to me and some of the new kits do it justice but what i think is more important about the new focus? bring out the touring car team! :twisted:
