Cosford is now penciled in as ours for the 30th March Its defo ours, but i just need to confirm numbers with them, so please get booking in at the hotel as soon as you can if you want to go. I dont want people being interested and then being unable to attend due to no hotel rooms left.

Right Been to Cosford itself, and all i can say is wow! Looks like it will be a great day if we can get some interest. Had a quick scan around without trying to spoil it for myself if we return. Plenty of car park spaces there, although we will have our own section saved for us. Good cafe facilities on site. Right, i was looking at trying to organise this for 29/30th March, Saturday 29th will be the day we travel to our hotels etc.... and the 30th is the day of the tour around the museum. Can i have some yes and no's please as to whether you will be available for this weekend before we p

Thanks for looking on the travelinn webby matt bud Its one junction down, which is fantastic, details of the hotel are....... Personally, i have never been to Cosford, but i finish work tomorrow for a few days, so i will be taking a trip up there to check it out. Sounds like theres a bit of interest in it :) :)

UPDATE Please let me know what you guys think about this. Ive emailed, phoned and checked out a few places where we can have this MK2 meet. A good place i think that will go down well, is Cosford RAF Museum. Now this is only about 30mins away from myself, but this isnt the reason i have recommended it. Please read some of the below, which is part of the email i got back from Cosford..... As you can see, its near enough free for the whole tour. We only have to pay for one or two tour guides, which should only be a couple of pounds each which is fantastic, and then lunch which you buy

Just a quick Update....... This is still ongoing, i havent forgot about it or done nothing, i have been trying to find suitable locations for this meet. Hopefully ill have some decent options soon and when i do i will post up whats what :) :)
