Its horses for courses, I am a computer engineer, and save cash on being able to do my own computer repairs, upgrades or general fixing. When it comes to cars I have no chance, but what I save on one skill I use for the other. Ford are not cheap, but my Ford garage is the best I have come across, not only do they do what they say I have never had to take a repair back cause they got it wrong. One dealer who Ileft cause they were absolute rubbish, took 3 atttempts to fix my electric window, and once it got serviced and was dirtier when it came back than whe it went in !
