It really surprises me thast salesmen dont know their cars, you only really go into the car trade if you have an interest in cars, and if your anything like me, as soon as a new car comes out you get into it and try and find out as much as you can about it, as most car nuts do.

I still dont find diesels as quick as petrols, someone above mentioned the 911 being beaten by a 2.2 honda, no chance, i test drove the new civic with the same engine, and yes it was torquey but it no way was as much fun as the golf fsi (150) i test drove later that day, the power delivery on a diesel makes it feel fast, but thats about it imo. And tbh i dont find the new diesels are all that economical, i have never been able to get the claimed mpg figures and i have driven a fair few modern diesels.

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows about any impending price increases on the focus/mondeo at the end of march? im having a ST3 as a company car through a company called Lex, but i have been told that the car has to be ordered before 31st of march otherwise the price will go up, unfortunately my coolong off period runs right up to the 31st march which means if lex dont put the car up on the system on that day, i could pay a fair bit more for the motor :( Can anyone shed any light on the matter?

Get an after market head unit (dvd) and use the slot in the adapter plate to stor your cd`s!!! Bit of an expensive way around i know, but hey you will only need 2-3 dvds max in the car

As above folks, is the recaro seat pack 1 on the ST2 the same leather seats as the ST3 and are they heated?

Well mines a st-24 and its a dog! but in its defense it has done 150k hard miles,great fun, but the car is just starting to show it age now.The focus st will be my first company car!

Quality, hopefully none of you are at my office,i want my st to be the only one! Im having a fuel card too so its going to bump my payment up a tad, but im paying £200 alone in fuel in my mondeo st already and thats driving sedately, so im going to be saving money full stop! Fortunately for me the difference in the cost to me between the 2 and the 3 is only £5 odd a month. I consider £70 per month to run round in an ST3 for 3 years to be the bargin of the century. Just discovered that the ST3 has heated front seats so no frozen bum either yippee bonus!
