I did. Ford dealers need to learn some lessons. My local SEAT dealer got me a stonking deal on my Leon FR. Since then, one problem occured. They had it in next day with no problems, courtesy car provided and problem solved in 3 hours. Nothing is too small or too niggly. Ford dealers could learn alot. Sadly, I miss my Focus but I couldn't hack terrible service anymore :( Nice car Pudding!

I would recommend Polar Ford in Stockport. They were very helpful in diagnosing my problems with my Focus after Evans Halshaw completely failed to sort the problems out :) Mine is due a service soon, so I will be going there not EH :)

My Focus is Panther Black, I reckon they would look good :)

Yep.. gently threaten them ;) Did you pay all in one go or finance/HP? If you did use some form of credit, you have a ton more rights.

Mine was not track rods. Creaking can also be caused by suspension mounts as well (as was the case with mine). If the track rods don't fix it, the suspension mounts should :)

Oi! I have that interior and it's really nice up close. It's very classy actually (and it's been commented on by my passengers regularly!) Nay sayers may disagree but I preferred it to the all black or ebony any day :P

Mine sounds like an diesel when it starts up. Apparently this is normal (turbo envy obviously). Give it a few minutes and it will settle down. Does it more when it's freezing * * * * cold like it is at the moment ;) The around town MPG for mine is 28-30. I don't think it's too good for around town but on a run, it's awesome! (check out the Ti-VCT more frugal than I thought thread)
