its prob from the wing mirror buddy! its a faint whistleing sound that i get too, only hear it when the window is down too!

my drivers seat doesnt slide forward, just the passangers one! does both your front seats slide?

just droped the car off at the garage this morning to get the new drivers seatbelt fitted, ive seen that red light come one when i first start the car, never knew what it was for tho, havin said that i had it on this morning for the first time ever, it will prob b the last time too cos the car was screeming its nuts off! :oops:

i feel much safer in my mk2 than my mk1 mk2 has 6 airbags for a start, my mk1 only had 4 airbags, (my mk1 was fitted with the optional reflex pack, side airbags, abs and traction control)

lets just say he was huffing and puffing about giving me the keys back! he was having trouble with reverse parking (as many of us have been) ill give him a few weeks and he will have bought one!

Has anyone driven a MK1 or MK1.5 since owning there Mk2? Today I've been using dads MK1 1.6 Lx 5 door as he had been asking for a shot of mines for ages, wake up this morning to find him and mum have taken my car! I have to say that it was dads 1.6 LX focus which enspired me to buy my first focus a 1.6 Zetec which I loved, However after driving dads MK1 LX I cant wait to get my Titanium back! Its horrible to drive, the clutch feels weard - I feel as if im almost touching the windscreen when driving! Anyone else have any opinions about driving the Mk1 having owned the Mk2?

my titanium is fitted with the standard alarm system its got interiour sensors but doesnt have that switch!

2 be honest ive not got a clue, its one of my mates whos fitting this "thing" to it! its called a "high level to low level convertor" double dutch to me! has anyone fitted a sub and amp to a titanium using the standard sony head unit to there car?

i luv my mk2 - the comfort and drive is superb - for me tho the styling isnt what it could/should b. in my opinion - ford set the bench mark for the small family hatchback with the mk1 focus - the mk2 is rather plain. question - would i buy another ford focus - answer - yup!
