I've got the plastic one on my 05 Zetec and that was a demonstrator too.

Mines with Bell and I pay around £1200 or so on my 05 1.6 Zetec. I'm 20 in 2 weeks, I have a claim from 06 so subsequently lost my no claims bonus and I also have 3 points from 05 All in all not too bad eh! :lol:

Yes mate mine does this quite often. I've already had it back once and they updated some software or something and it was fine but now its starting to do it again a few months later.

Doesn't on mine I've tried it. And my window button has 2 clicks for down on the drivers window but not up and the passenger only has 1 for both ways. Boooooooooo.

no it will go all the way down with one push but no all the way up. So if I do the fiddle you said above will this do it?

madmp3 I don't understand the point you're trying to explain. I don't think there is a configuration problem with my windows they just don't do what I want them to do!

Hmmmm. I just find it highly annoying, very much like the seat folding/sliding issue mentioned above. Don't think I'll bother asking Ford to do it, I don't fancy a heart attack just yet!

Couple of questions for the techno bods among you: 1. Driver side window, when you press the button to open the window, it automatically keeps going until its fully open. Now, why does it not do this going back up? and why does the passenger side not do this? Is there any way of changing this somehow or am I dreamer? 2. In relation to the above I understand there is also a feature on some of the higher spec models for some form of global closing whereby the windows automatically close when you lock the car. Is there a way of having this implemented or is this also simply not possible? Fo
