must be a clip or bracket loose in there,take it back

i think so mate,what i did to cure it was press in the button on the top of the rear seats so the rears are not fully clamped in to the brackets,this seems to have cured the squeeks.??have a go

well after 3 months with my titanium mk2 focus i can say its the best car ive ever driven,i love it. my company car is the new astra and its a dog compared to my focus,also got a reps vectra and that was total crap in comparrison too.

the cars starting to get better every day now,done 750 miles and the engine has a nice growl to it.
