I think I was more upset about the explanation given to me from the mechanic (monkey) at the Ford dealership. If it's not a known problem at Ford then they cannot fix it let alone even have a look at it. I appreciate it is only a very minor issue but I've read past forum messages where people have had this corrected, which is the annoying part. I've paid out 16k on a new car, however minor the issue I still expect to be given a better explanation than "sorry sir, not a known issue with Ford, two fingers, kicked out the door". However, touch wood, everything else about the car is fantast
