  1. Yeah, it is a great system. I had no manual but the Code was on a stciker in the Black Manual holder, I did get the dealer to get the manual. Tony
  2. Still waiting for mine too, but I've only been waiting 2 weeks.
  3. Don't the EuroIV's have some form of filter within the exhaust which requires replacing after a few years, I think it is not a cheap part to replace either.
  4. Superb Reading! I own a 1.6 Titanium Ti-VCT, I have just moved across from a Diesel to the Petrol Model, having only had the car about two weeks I am missing the torque  but it is nice to be able to take the car to 6k comfortably!!! Reading one bit of your post made me chuckle and relate to straight away was this:- at present I keep doing this but will eventually get the hang of it!! Once again great reading, well done. Tony 8)
  5. I have Titanium in Machine Silver, as Russel says in different angles and lighting the colour will look different. This is only noticeable on the front bumper and up close looks fine. Kevin, Good Luck in your efforts to resolve your issues. Tony.

  12. True, you could also look at a wired solution for GPS. Are you looking at a PDA based option or mobile phone one Tim? Tony
  13. But thats the beauty of a Bluetooth GPS, its wireless  Tim there are some Bluetooth units out there that have a 30 hour battery life and will run off ordinary AA batterys as well as rechargeables, such a beast is the Navman 4400 A review can be found here:- http://www.pocketgps.co.uk/navman4400.php Tony
  14. Hi Tim, No idea, I have a TomTom Bluetooth GPS and just have it sat on the front of the dash, get a signal no problem upto 9 satellites even throught the heated screen, when it runs low I swap the cable from the iPaq to the Bluetooth, it can sit in the centre console fine and still get a signal. Tony
  15. On the Mk1 Facelift that I had (5 Door Zetec) there was an extra power outlet on the rear of the centre console within the cabin. On MK2 Estates I think there is an extra outlet within the boot area?
  16. I'm sure it just unscrews, also I think you have to remove the gaitor from the top as it sits over a little lip type thingy! Hope that helps. EDIT @ 14:08: Right just been out and undid my knob   It does unscrew, the lip that retains the gaitor is part of the Gear Knob. Tony
