I would be interested but again, it depends on the location.

I have them, my dealer charged me £250. No pics at the moment though, sorry.

I have them, my dealership fitted them for £250. The beeping doesn't appear to come from the speakers it sounds like it comes from the back somewhere. I can't hear the beep if I have the stereo on LOUD but it's easy to hear it over the stereo at a normal volume.

Clicking sound when turning on lights or wipers
Cherry replied to UpYours's topic in MK2 - Ford Focus 2005 > 2011
Yes I have this noise but it doesn't bother me. -
I bought my Dad identical ones to Sai's. They are front and back and have a shinier / more polished look that the Ford ones. Also they stop around where the line is in the photo of vestaxboy's covers (under the word 'focus'. They do not bend over the edge like the Ford ones do.

Personally I would save up for the Ford ones which at least go over the second 'lip' of the sill. I haven't seen any aftermarket ones which do this. This to me seems to be the bit that really needs the protecting.

Welcome to the forum C320UK, sorry I don't know the answer to your question though.

But where does it say that?

Autoglass came today to repair the chip in my windscreen. Under the pressure of the repair the windscreen cracked right across :( . Got to have a new screen, fortunately they can replace it tomorrow :D .

Where do you find the bit in your paperwork about the interior being under warranty for the first year? The only info I have says interior is excluded from the warranty. I need my handbrake button replaced but I can't find anything to say interiors are covered by the warranty.

My glass excess is £60. Tony, my screen is repairable but I was just wondering about the warranty issue and thought someone might have experience of it.
-
Are there any warranty issues with getting a replacement screen? I know the glass is not covered by the warranty but I believe the heating elements are.

I have seen several 54 plate Mk2 foci but yesterday I came across an 05 plate Mk1.5 focus! What's going on with that, can the car be manufactured any time and then the 'age' is only decided when the car is registered?

According to the trip computer my 1.8 petrol gives me the same; I mainly drive around town.
-
Like craigc_zetec I sometimes have a problem with getting into reverse. I had a similar issue in my old Escort.

2nd lcd display in instrument cluster
Cherry replied to culks's topic in MK2 - Ford Focus 2005 > 2011
I can't see the image in your post but on my car the box above the LCD is where the warning lights flash up, for example if the car is moving and the passenger is not wearing a seatbelt, the seatbelt light flashes up. I believe the automatic does indeed have a second LCD, Focez I think posted a picture of that in the forecourt fairly recently. -
Thanks all for your responses. madmp3, I'll contact the dealership because the car is only 7 months old.

1.8l zetec climate what speed @3000 rpm
Cherry replied to zetecste's topic in MK2 - Ford Focus 2005 > 2011
standard 16"s! -
These are better looking than the ones with the outline of the car IMO. Good price too, I would love to see what they look like on. The Ford ones are about £50 and they only do fronts, not rears.

I just realised yesterday my handbrake button is cracked in 2 places. Anyone know if it's possible to buy just a button? And would I be able to fit it myself??
-
Sai, what make are your sill covers and do you have pics?

Surely it depends on the road and which gear you are in? At 3000 revs in 4th gear I do 50mph. Don't know if this helps you at all as I was going slightly uphill. Mine is a standard 1.8 petrol ZC 56 plate. -
I love my iriver!

 I have done this too. Also I noticed if you lock the car from inside and open the front door from inside it opens the central locking and unlocks all the doors (as I would expect.) But if you lock the car from the inside and open the rear door from inside the alarm sounds!
