  1. DONE... Only cost £23.12p WELL HAPPY. As you said, just told them that i had optional ford extras installed consisting of Ford Focus ST Bodykit, ST spoiler and ST wheels. The girl on the other end of the phone was very sweet and said she'd look out for it. Shame i couldn't look out for her...
  2. i will be on the blower tomoz to lettem know. Sorry for butting into you're chat fella's. Take IT EASY.
  3. richyharrison04, Hi fella, what did you say to you're insurers to declare it. I have the full kit on mine now but as of yet have been affraid to tell them. What should i say? Was it expensive? What about you...? JAMZ
  4. Appologies for the lack of photo's in this but after taking many pictures, the camera slipped out of my trouser pocket while moving a pot in the garden and i lost it down a stupid drain, where i had previously removed the grille to hose the drain out. - Well Gutted. Will try and get some drawings put together. N-E- WAY'S HOW TO: Start by opening the boot lid. No need to empty the boot as everything is on the outside. As with the front bumper you will need to jack up the car and get the wheels off and it is much safer if done with axel stands as it will be for a while. Once that is done

N-E- WAY'S HOW TO: Start by opening the bonnet and remove the key as you will need the grill off. Remove the right headlight by undoing the screw on the top of the headlight unit. Useing a long screwdriver, press down on the two latches at the back bottom of the light unit. This w
  6. Was it just the cap or was it that you have broken the arm. The cap will clip back on but if it is the arm then the whole black plastic surrounding the pipe will have to be removed and that is simple enough, via the rear wheel arch. It has happened to a mate of mine and he did the job hiself
  7. Look, its ok. Its simple i have done it in the past with a MK1 Zetec and ST seats.
  8. i guess battery or multiplug - don't really matter. Both are as difficault as each other and thats to say not really.
  9. I have tried all that but i just don't know what i'm feeling for.
  10. Thats what i thought. Thing is, if they can undo it without smashing the grille, so can i. BUT how? I really don't have 70 after all the other mods i've done lately, but it may well be sodds law AGAIN!... craigc_zetec, How Long Did Dealer Take? Last time they had my car over night.
  11. I did it on the MK1 but now i have the MK2 i am interested in doing it again. Question is, will it be the same proceedure?
  12. i did, i cheacked it all and was very delicate when doing the job but, bonnet down was when it stopped working.
  13. I had the same problem on my previous MK2 Zetec climate. Upon changing the grille, standard Ford Part like for like, i cannot get the bonnet open. What Can I Do?
  14. COOL Thanks Mikey - i will have a looky into this. I was going down you're route but only have the one headlight (N/S) couldn't find the other side so decided to go for these instead especially as they never sold on ebay for a third time listing.
  15. Got most of the parts for the washers, and will install them when i install the new front bumper. I will also enquire about the leveling but i'm pretty sure they are ok as i flicked the UK switch up pointing the lights to the left. Self leveling is needed on the Adaptive system, but the Xenons will stay put once adjusted.
  16. If you pull either or both of them off you should see that there is a square opening. The surrounding metal should be the colour of the car - in you're case going on the picture i can see to my left this would be Silver. Inside this square opening should be a small steal metal clip with two holes. This is the holder and the Sunglasses Holder or Grab Handle should screw straight in. If however there is just a gaping square hole, the relevent clip or Holder for the screws will come with the part (If you are buying from Ford). I found this out when adding a sunglasses holder to my girlfriends
  17. So here is the before and after shots of the Front Off/Side Front. Note my new mirrors and Headlights. Plus you can just make out the new Spoiler. I have also added the little badges where the indicators used to be. They have FOCUS on them. Here is the rear shot of the Near/Side and an extra shot of the Spoiler from the Off/Side
  18. if you mean the pod dials then no. Still at the same stage you are with just the lighting effect. As for the ones on ebay, they sold finally for a lesser price than i wanted to a dude called James May funny enough. The ST Recaro's are still floating about tho, nobody seems to want em and i don't know why.
  19. I have had a really busy day. I have been to my girlfriends perants house as they have made me a roast beef dinner for my birthday that was on Monday, with youkie puds and everything else. Also had a nice cherry pie in custard, but beforehand i managed to spend a couple of hours on my baby. I started out by just seeing if they would work. I plugged the off side Xenon into my loom just to see what would happen and when i tested the results, they both were instantly installed. Finally as i left my girlfriends tonight i was so very amazed at how bright they were. But i don't know if they are ok
  20. Two tone grey. look for my username and see sellers items etc on ebay.
  21. I have some 3dr ones for sale... Great condition and the passenger front has all the same moveble and adjustable positions as the driver. RARE... I love them so much but i want the 5dr ones. I know they fit but i will have the handle for moving the seat forwards (ie for someone getting in the back) and i would really prefere leather.
  22. Ok just being silly. I went outside and played with the indicator stalk and found the steering setup menu. I selected Sport and there was comfort and standard also. Does this save automatic or do i have to do anything else. Also does this affect fuel in anyway.
  23. So how do we change the setting. I would love to know as my car feels really heavy sometimes and i have cheaked all my levels but everything seems fine. I thought it was me.
  24. What is Bond? It is a type of strong glue presumably. But my question is what is Bond? To be honest i have never seen any or got hold of any so as for names and strengths i would appear to be at a somewhat dissadvantage. Can anyone recoment a good 'BOND' to me that will hold the said skirts to my car. Please guys... no 007 jokes. Manythanks and Best regards. Jamz, Did you get the email fella. Did it help you. You Know... Wireing Diagram?
