  1. mind mate if your wanting to get it to get the actual turning side of things working then you will need to check for the loom ect  mines is just in the straight ahead possition
  2. to get the actual turning side of it to work you would need to check under the steering coloum cover and check for the loom , check the cables going to the lamps for the extra loom there as well , you would need a sensor bought that goes round the steering coloum . thats what i know you need but im sure theres still even more needed mines are set to straight ahead . they are a dramatic improvement over the standard lamps as the focus the beam of light that comes from the lamp and lights up the road a lot beter than the standard unit .

I have passed a copy of the thread to my neighbour. He is hopefully going to join the FFOC anyway. When he eventually gets the car back, he is going to book it in somewhere for a thorough check of the engine. Pete id tell him not to take the car back as once he has it will be a dam sight harder to get it back in if it do

  11. from the above cut and paste that was my understanding of the law surrounding hids and thats why every car manufacturer that fits hids also fits washers and some form of self leveling . with so many people saying it is the law and others sayining it isnt speaks volumes to me im afraid . if its such a grey area all it takes is one copper or mot man having a good eye to say your car is not legal no mot or return to standard then have it inspected and then report back to a cop shop all of that resulting in a headache and a bad day or having an accident and being told my headlights were not

  16. according to that link its the seal around the door hinges every one thought it was the lights and roof rails and hinges but they all turned out to be the hinges as far as i can see
