can you get a bluefin for your car ? its my understanding you just plug it in up load the map then remove it ...................... but what about the faulty maf issue is it faulty then or not ?

i have a 56 focus sport in the drive that has trip computer and the lcd is the longer thinner one not the smaller squarer one like mine :wink:

or a spare illumination loom behind one of the blanking pannels next to the heated rear window switch :wink:

it will have the uprated dials as it has the trip computer still need some one with a diesel lx to contribute then the pics get sent to the lass who sorts out getting the templates made up and gets them in production :wink:

'key' the bumper strip with 800 dry n wet s/paper / but try get a semi smooth finish removing the rough look it has as standar otherwise it shows through the paint then spray with plastic primer then once dry rub down with a finer grade sand paper to smooth the finish then primer again and then spray with the spray-can from Allen ford two coats (panther black) - then I THINK you spray it with that CLEAR COAT stuff again with two coats , to give it a glossy type of shine?? redone your quote to the way i did mines :wink:

yes or the colour will be wrong without the clear coat

dont like the normal head lights much to long but i do like them when they are the hid version :lol: that led rears i see on the back if it is all you need to do is wait till its registered with a plate and use the regy number to order replacement lights

so the fault is intermitant then . the chip company are telling you your car has a fault thats why its not as effective as they told you it would be :? id take it to another ford dealer if theres no fault there then go to chipped ???? and get them to get the fault code up again when your watching to see it for your self to be honest id be tending to go towards company not wanting to admit there chip / map aint as good as they wanted it to be but im just swaying towards that as im a doubting person by nature also i dont know how it works on the mk2 but on the earlier focus and my ex ca

octavia is 180 bhp if im not mistaken and the fabia is 130 bhp but id imagine your focus weighs more so dont think its that surprising to be honest mate

yes but you must rub it down with sand paper (called keying) first so paint will stick then you must spray it with a plastic primer before applying the colour coat so yes you can but you must key it and primer it with a plastic primer first

what colour is your car as said above they are on ebay alot with people doing the st look alike conversion

ford mate go to them for the insert if going for the new insert with holes for parking parking sensors get part number 1354975 which is £19 if not just explane what your wanting and they will sort you with a direct replacement :wink: no need to remove the bumper to change it mate check out http://www.ffoc.co.uk/modules.php?name= ... c&t=170251 for how to do it :wink:

is it the grey strip you mean ? if it is just get another its only £19 for a new insert with moulded and smoothed parking sensor holes so a direct replacement standard one cant be more the £19 :wink: 10 min job to replace :D

have you tried to remove the door strips yet as ive heard conflicting answers to whether they have locating bolts pins that need removing from the inside of the door :?
