  2. The isofix kit is an option from new for free but yep according to the accessory guide only the focus and c-max need the kit even the transit has them fitted as standard now - the CC has them as standard As for kids i have an alarming amount of people asking im im broody just because i have an estate and baby wipes in the boot!
  3. I would buy a baby seat that doesnt use ISOFIX
  4. According to ecat for my car for example i would need to buy 1357238 @ £14.99 which is an Assembly kit for ISOFIX seat mountings
  5. I think they are supposed to have the hard point mountings but then you have to buy a kit to go with it
  6. There isnt a lot they can do if the part is on backorder from ford unfortunately
  7. Parts on a stock order are 3-5 days usually but would have thought that would have been on VOR which is usually over night.... IF ford have them in stock that is - which dealer is it at
  8. Hi guys If you have a focus with the advanced bluetooth and the cradle on the centre console, is it easy to remove the cradle and what do you need to put it back to a standard centre console? - Its not my car so not seen whats there at the moment that is / isnt there on my car if you know what i mean!
  9. Im having the 3100 installed in mine next week £130ish from orange including the installation - mate has one in his focus and hes never had a problem with it
  10. I guess they arent because that kit says it includes all the sensors etc - as i say on the mondeo the units were practically identical and only the lower models didnt have climate control in the end whereas its still very much an option to have it on the focus
  11. Maybe i just have the stereo on too loud to hear it coupled with the nice diesel engine lol
  12. No idea sorry i can only check stock for our own dealerships
  13. I guess it depends on your local dealer - we currently have the 5 door ones in stock at 3/4 of our locations but 3 door we dont have any of
  14. ive honestly never noticed my wipers or lights doing this!?
  15. The standard ones have the ford logo but you can get ford ones with the recessed FOCUS logo - they are £50 though
  16. Mine wont with the remote key half the time and last night wouldnt with the actual button tho Talk about service tho, texted one of the service lads last night askin if he could take a look when he got a min - was here first thing with a job card asking for the keys :)
  17. Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with their boot switch as my boot now only opens when it feels like it
  18. What exactly does it sound like with my old MK2 i started to get a noise like bubbling water when driving or rather like the noise a radiator makes when you turn it on which was also apparently normal but now i have a diesel its too busy sounding like a taxi for me to notice :D
  19. my car is on 11,500 miles but it was on 9.300 when i got it and my mate in sales says hes found they loosen up / improve at 3, 6 and 9k miles
  20. Id forgotten about this thread - actually getting 44.4mpg according 2 the trip computer - do about 530 miles to a tank before i fill up - using BP diesel purely because we have company BP fuel cards so i dont have to pay for it
  21. Im not sure about the focus but on the MK3 mondeos where the aircon unit and the climate control units looked the same except for the AUTO button on the climate control you could just swap the units over as the temp sensors were already in there like the other wiring looms they hide away
  22. and thats if you dont need anything other than those 2 bits - i reckon id find them about as much use as the "guide me home headlamps" lol
