Mine arrived Wednesday. The result is stunning. UltraLeds are great! The dome lite is a bit awkward to fit in the fitting with map lites as well, but nothing a bit of fiddling coulnt solve.

As an addendum, are people aware that you can get a Transit Connect interior roof lite, that contains map reading lites, for almost a 1/4 of the price of the Focus Item? Focus item is £37 plus VAT and Connect is £11 plus VAT! The only difference is an extra wire on the Connect item that isnt needed. Either leave it as is or snip it off. Apart form that its a direct swap, and a better lite than the standard.

Is that a for real suggestion?

I eneded up getting infinity afterall, even though Ebony was actually on the order. Well pleased as I have exactly what I want. I shouldl have posted this sooner seeing as I have had the car for 31 days now lol!

I Would love one in Egg Yoolk. When I first saw the color on the American site, I got all excited, only to come down to earth with a bang when I found out it wasnt avaliable over here. With my Fog Surrounds, I am going to color code the top piece, and chrome the lower part (they are in two pieces).

Im getting about 38.1 (took form computer) on my 1.6 TiVCT 1.6 with almost 300 on the clock. Thats driving it like the roads r made of sheet ice tho. I am a firm believer in running in, and I havent took her over 3000RPM yet, nor will I til abt 1000 miles or so.

I will have it soon. Maybe as soon as Tursday, but at the very latest, it will be next monday. Its going to be a long week, and if I dont get it before, its going to be the longest weekend of all time!

Looks nice, but Im a 3 door man, and cant get used to the looks of 5 doors. I borrowed one for an hour yesterday to drive round in (mine will be in my posession on the 25th at the very latest, but all being well I will get it on the 21st/22nd) and I noticed that people did look the car over and stare at it. I cant understand how people can say its ugly or bland. Then again, if we all liked the same things...... Its like Marmite I suppose.

Any suggesteions where to get an adapter from, so I can slap in my own Head Unit? Halfords was my first line of Enquiry, and I have to order one in (C-Max). To save me a trip to go order, as they wont accept order/payment over the phone, does anyone know where I can get one? As an addendum, what does DIN stand for? I have asked at Halfords, Car Electronics in Nottingham, and Armour, the manufacturer of the adapters, and nobiody could tell me what it stands for. Thanks in iadvance for your time and help, Neil :-)
