Does not sound THAT bad to me. Retail is much more without employee discount. Remember the "benefits" of a dealer warranty also. ENJOY IT!!

I know if fronts are on and you put it into reverse the rear comes on automatically. Not sure if this is meant to occur other way around!! :shock:

My xenons flash too. Not a fault, all do it. I love the xenons!!!! :P

I am filling the feedback thing ford send with new cars and I am winging about the lack of contact between the windows on the outside and the seals, thus making it a real pain when clearing windows in the morning. Is this all c-maxs that have this problem? Is there any fix? Thanks

Sounds to me like the dealer can flog diesels all day long and has a few petrols he needs to shift to meet his targets!! Diesel mate....no question!!!! DO FORD WARN YOU THAT 1-4 mile JOURNEYS WILL DAMAGE TURBO???? ??? NO!!!!

Ghia also gives the much higher quality velour trim on the seats. Makes a real difference :wink:

My xenons are fine. I agree that they might be a bit high? i believe they should adjust depending on the load in the rear of the car? I love the quality look of them. I will never buy a car agin without them!!!

I am oblivious to this "wind noise" that everyone talks about....I must just have the sony up too loud!!! Oh...and go the extra money for xenons, they are great!!

Dont get mis-placed with all the negative here. We all like to moan. The problem is mainly with the dealers and not the cars. I LOVE THE MAX. So much easier to drive and enjoy than any other car I have owned. I took my sisters brand new audi A4 cabrio for a cruise the other day, admittidly the roof down was cool, and it turned heads, but OH BOY, did I enjoy getting back into the max to drive home!!!!!!

I am not so sure about whether the ultima cooments were based on fact. You sure your dealer knew what he was looking for? You CANNOT beat the joy of breaking in a BRAND new car, worth whatever cost in my opinion!!! :twisted:

Thats the same body kit as on mu Ultima ghia, just on mine the rear bumper is colour coded.

My c-max is a ghia 2 litre ULTIMA. Not many about. Remember it only takes one to buy it!!!

In another thread we`re discussing depreciation!!! The reason I steered clear of the mondy was the sales rep depreciation index!!!

I would argue you just THINK the c-max is worse than any other ford....its not. I have owned seven new fords in the last eight years, all depreciate more than I would want......but you pay for the priv. of driving a brand new car!!!

PANTS DOWN!!!! That is crazy price!! Especially as mine are only a month old and I have an arc left on drivers side due to rubber having little split in it....came from dealer like that!! GRRRRR

I wonder??? They are far too easy to steal!!!! £60 might mean the likely hood of finding yours missing increases as poor people realise the cost!!!

I wanted an estate....Surely the c-max is better then a munadeo!!!!
