  1. Ah, if you're using one of the rear seats things will be tight. I think you need to pop down to a whizzpopper dealer and check one out. You might be able to just do it though.
  2. Gwyn, having hasd a Zafira for 3 years a while ago I can tell you they can carry just about anything. More room than the excellant C-Max though. Interesting how people are surprised by the C-Max when they drive it. If I had a serious complaint is the size as its not as big as some but is plenty for most who want an MPV without driving a bus...
  3. I think she's chosen a pub for a meal....in Scotland.......
  4. Its sad how many "men" are not in control (and yes I know its only a perception that our wives let us have) of their households. My 25th wedding anniversary is on the day of the England Vs Sweden match....now theres a challenge
  5. I'm not obsessed with false optimism but mine would be 1. Brazil/England 2. England/Brazil 3. Argentina But that all depends which half of teh knockout stage England end up in. And I think Italy do have a chance.
  6. For a red bloodied male the high streets in England tomorrow will be the place to be.....
  7. Thought this might be idea for any of us saddos that are actually beginning to get excited by the propect of Crouch actually snapping in half as he attempts to tie his boot lace up. The Roonster playing on one leg and Rio (coco the clown) Ferdinand facing the right way at kick off. Will Walcott be able to stop breast feeding in time to take part, will Ashley Cole remember he can go forward as well as standing still, will Neville get even uglier and will Sven realise that you can actually go over the half way line after taking a one goal lead....its in the rules
  8. I appreciate thats important Scotty...on those cold lonely nights "upt Moor" To be fair, in this slightly off topic, thread I'm not sure whichj is worse. Having to translate your excellant posts of worry about the Dorset Boy with his mandatory incest culture...
  9. Ah, look he's drowning...love him Funny you should ask about my family. I have a picture of a nephew of mine, born as a result of my sister marrying a guy from Banbury which is pretty far up North I can tell you.
  10. The lasses in Newark are only friendly cos they think you might marry one of them and take her ...or him, who can tell.....away from the smell of steelworks, coal mines and mushy peas.
  11. I think it was a deranged group of whippets confused by all the bright lights or as we call them street lighting. They seem particularly agitated by the smooth, cobble free roads and the lack of homing pigeon pie.
  12. Chewed would be the appropriate word, gnawed would be another, masticated would do as well. Otherwise...no.
  13. I found the seats ok but just the trim is a bit flimsy and cheapish
  14. He can always wear those manky stocking he seems to have a thing for....
  15. Of course we have tarmac roads down here, not shale. But I think they would still be OK. Bit classy for a cart though
  16. So what we are saying is, shoot the dog, put him on roller skates and drag him behind the Max? Works for me. Jude ?
  17. Thats true but implying that Goldeneye's mum has crusty stocking gussets is something I'm sure Goldeneye didn't really need to know.Where do you get this information from ? Dennis?
  18. Thems the babies, fitted the to my C-Max as below..note my special knob... Looked really good and the short ones for the rear doors looked perfect as well
  19. "Lovering springs"...kinky... Steel cill/sill plates ...ebay, plenty of choice
  20. I wonder why..... :) At that sort of drop I would seriously recommend hanging on for a year or two to lesson the pain. Selling in the first year is always a big hit....
  21. Its a good time to buy....sell on price will be pants but who cares. keep the car for 3-4 years and its a winner
