Hi buddy Check with tezza about what the Serial code on the unit be (ie- might start with an HIJ then a number or summit) as i know that the old shaped sony headset looked spot on the same out of the focus MK2 (Pre 2007) and the Mondeo, but they were actually slightly different. I think alot of people made that mistake and ended up buying Mondeo headsests off ebay and then finding out it wouldnt fit in the focus Paul

Well ford took ages to announce that they were not going to make an RS in the current MK2, after all the photoshops and 'spottings' by different mags. But they have announced they will release an RS MK2 facelift this time around, so im hoping they do............... COS I WANT ONE! lol :lol:

Eibach 30mm springs should do the trick, loads of members on here with MK2s have them including myself. You should be fine with those springs and 18s on bud :)

YorkshirePudding, They only started to colour code the side bump strips by Mid March 07 on the 07 plates. I know this as i got mine on 1st March on an 07 plate, also a Zetec, and i now know of 3 people who own the same model, but bought theirs Mid March - April on an 07 plate brand new and their side strips were colour coded as standard, where as mine were not!! Fords are picky as poo and change things ****** nilly!!! I can name other changes that have happend just after i bought mine which get on your nerves lol

James, id just like to back up Bryans comments and say yes it could well be the tyres. I know of 2 people who had noises coming from their wheels after fitting new alloys due to cheap tyres Paul

Right Guys and Gals, here are the final arrangements for the MK2 meet, to be held over the weekend of the 29th and 30th March 2008. The main event, which is a tour of the RAF Museum at Cosford, will take place on Sunday 30th March, and the tour will last the majority of the day (think its something like 10am - 4pm). On Saturday 29th March, it is recommended that you book a hotel to stay in, unless you live close and would rather travel to us in the morning.
