cars get better mpg with age, but imo that mpg is poor, my 180 +bhp clio 182 got over 30mpg around town and that was with around 4k on the clock, so i would be dissapointed with 25 mpg or even 30mpg, but remember if you sit in alot of traffic cunsumption will increase, for example when the kids are of school my journey to work takes 10 minutes, when there at school my journey takes 50 minutes, i travel the same distance but my engine runs longer using more petrol, my point is theres more traffic recently so this may have a bearing on it

doesnt the focus have electric steering ?, therefore removing the pump would make the car almost impossible to steer

Have they said that they can't get you the car full stop? I'm going to be calling the broker I got mine from first thing tomorrow morning to see where I stand, if they can't no longer ensure you the product your purchasing I can't see how they can not refund your deposit. as title, can someone with one look at what the paint code says on your car, dunno were its located, but im in touch with someone who may be able to supply tri coat metallic touch ups if i can provide the code from the car !! :D

well im guessing that a specialist paint supplier may be able to source that colour, as ford repairers must source there paint from somewhere ?, maybe worht checking your local specialists, they may have alot of orders on there hands if they can get it

i dont see why it being water based it would wash away ?, alot of my cars have had water based paint and they have all had touch up paints and have never washed out, sounds like crap to me, and there is no reason not to do a touch up pot, many of the people that have special paint jobs (candy flips etc etc )applied to there cars get given a little pot of paint for just this reason ps is it not lambo paint, if so do they do a touch up :idea: , im guessing not tho lol

alot of insurance companies wont replace for new even if your the first owner, thats why car dealers try and sell you that gap insurance (to bridge the gap between the two), they mostly settle for less than the list price anyway, these are the sort of comments that dealers try and tell you so you buy from them

yeh they hated it, but retested it just recently and really liked it, said it was better than the astra VXR

its got a lot to do with the discount that VW gives evo staff LMAO, oh and the car they gave them for long term testing ;-) for better reviews read every other mag (including evos sister mag) and they all rate the ST as NO1
