Quick question: Has anyone noticed a little gap(lash) in his drivers seat(the horizontal base)?Mine has one and it is pretty annoying especially when I drive a little fast around corners(the base of the seat tends to move left and right).I looked under the seat but all I saw was some metal base with no adjustment.I think the bolts are fine Any ideas?

yes i have noticed it too,Though there is no noise.On all cars the RH wiper is kind of loose since the motor-branch is located far away from it.

This is a common problem and has to do with a glue pore somewhere in the upper side of the 5th door near the LH light.My dealer has fixed this problem on my car.The water comes in from the pore i mentioned,then passes through a hole that holds the white plastic trim that is hanging over the LH rear seat belt,drains behind the LH wheelarch carpet and ends up on the floor.You can check if there is any water by putting your fingers in the 3 square holes from where the airbag system is noticeable.If anyone needs more info i would be happy to provide.

does anyone know if i can replace my 05 titanium interior front light with one that has submarine lighting?I have read that the current titanium has the feature as standart so i think it will lock quit nice in place.BUT what about the cables?Do i need to modify them?Has anyone tried it?

you dont have to push it 3 times. Just push and hold it for 2 sec and the alarm is gone...........

What about the steering wheel?The CC buttons on the ghia are mounted there but the titanium has a sport steering.Did they replace it? I think that we could install it as an extra cause 99% the ghia and titanium have the same on board computer(all functions are the same)

i fix it myself with adhesive. NO PROBLEM for a month now. Just know that it comes out due to wind, when travelling......

Guys, since they replaced my bottle and i have seen the installation i can say for sure that it is the shape that causes the trouble.It follows pretty much the arch and yes there is a joint but it has seal.Personally i put a small rubber ring under the tap-leaving a hole for the bottle to 'breath' and things are much better.........

I have noticed(on MKII) that If you fill the washer fluid can ,all the way up,then you are having a leak cause the blue tap(which by the way is taken from Volvo),does not seal firmly and when you apply the brakes the water moves inside the can and gets out.I went to my dealer and he replaced the can but the same is happening again.You can see water running in front of the RH wheel.Anyone else with the same problem????????

I think you are wrong.It's the 1.6 petrol(100 hp) that has just hydraulic and not EHPAS. The 1.6 Ti-VCT (115 hp) has it. I will look for a link to straighten this out..... :roll:

All 1.6 Ti-VCT focus have electro-hydraulic steering(its called EHPAS).My titanium also doesn't have this option,but i was wondering if the ford dealer can adjust the steering.I assume its much easier for a whole service computer(WDS)to make an adjustment,than the cars trip computer.Anyone knows anything on that?

No, i mean that the indication may have sth to do with the engine and not the edition e.g.submarine lighting came ,until now,only with the focus ST,even though you bought the TITANIUM.On top of that the steering setup comes only with bigger engines(2.0 e.t.c.) Thanks for the reply smeems......

Ok mine is also a Titanium. Do you have ford's alarm installed from the factory???? Because my friend has a GHIA and he has no message either. Maybe it has something to do with the engine.Something like the submarine lighting........I own a 1.6 petrol.
