I LOVE my MK2, when I got back in my MK1 (before it was sold) I was pretty disappointed, the interior is just crappy. The MK2 interior feels solid, its damn comfortable and there’s more to it too!

I've got pee'd off with the adapter now that I have everything working through bluetooth. Anyone happen to know if I can remove the handsfree adapter to reclaim the much needed drink holder space? (i'll include pics later so people see what I mean) Cheers

Anyone happen to know if the flaps ford sell are going to be suitable for a Mk2 focus with the ford 18" rim options on? My boot is constantly covered in **** due to a severe case of mudflaplessitous :P

Noticed something interesting with the Bluetooth too. It seems that when I let the radio turn itself off with the ignition and leave it for a reasonable period (i.e. after the stereo has shut its self off completely after 15mins or so) and then return to the car and start the ignition the Bluetooth doesn’t come back on. When I go into the Menu the Bluetooth is set to 'off' cant pressing the button to turn it back on does nothing. To get the Bluetooth working again I have to turn the stereo off by the nob and turn it back on again. Once I've done that the Bluetooth will start working agai

Weee managed to figure out how to get the bluetooth to work without a manual :D

Phoned ford parts today and they reckon there aint any adaptors for SE's since the T60x range :/

Guys, My car came with the 2004/2005 TravelPilot 'E' software CD and when I went to use it earlier I was disappointed to find that: 1.) it only allowed 5 digits of the post code to be put in 2.) I couldnt input my post code (SS177, it would only allow SS178) yet when I'm in my street it picks up the street name fine. I'm looking in to whether its worth buying the new software disk or whether to stick with my tomtom. I would be interested in the updated software ONLY if I can put a full post code in but no where seems to say. Does anyone here happen to know / own one?

The phone fits in the cradle fine, just the conectors dont match up :D

Hi Ivov, The car has some thing build in between the front seats where you plug your phone adapter into and then the phone into that to give you hands free and a charging point I guess? Cant say I know a lot about it, the garage said I should be able to buy the relevant adaptor though

Guys, where can I get the phone adapters from for the handsfree kit option? Car I just bought is fitted with the said kit but has an adapter for a Nokia on it currently, I need one for a SE K750 :) Cheers in advanced!

Are Xenon bulbs a worthwhile purchase? Some of the bulbs I tried in my old corsa (supposed to give brighter, whiter light) were utter cack!

The painful thing is that a friend offered me an ST-3 in performance blue for £15.5k (what ford were offering him for trade in). This too was about 8-9 months old....

Unfortunately your right mate, problem is, I cant afford the insurance on an ST and I don’t really fancy the extortionate fuel bill that goes with it either :P

Just about to order my new focus (well I will be on Monday) I am ordering the following: 2l TDCI, 3dr, Zetec Climate Extras consist of: 18" rims, ford appearance pack, interior styling pack, cat 1 alarm, ESP, metallic paint. Total cost is £16k all in What do you guys reckon to that?
