For your info: autolocks only work on mk1 not mk2 and with regards to changing the steering setting this can be done via trip computer and can be changed when the car is on but cant be changed while the car is moving. With oil changing it is advised by Fords the oil needs to be changed on regular intervals if your engine is 1.6 and below. For us lucky 1.8 owners it is only neccessary till next service. :D Hope this helps. Sai

Hi mate, i havent had this prob before but i think my mate s11nny has. Hes on the forums so i'll ask him to post a reply. But from what i have gathered that his prob was the rev counter was going below 1000rpm and cutting off. Not sure what the prob was but it took two visits to sort out :x I think they reprogrammed the computer and Was fixed under warranty. If your car still has warranty then take it to them and get the lazy techs to look at it :)

I've got the zetec climate mk2 aswell and i can say after driving the titanium there is a clear difference. As Pete said you can feel the bumps more on the zetec but thats natural for a sports suspension. It doesnt really bother me. Sai

Well Ford say that they will cover anything under warranty which is mechanically related but i would go and hassle them to change under warranty because its ridiculous :evil: I've heard other foci owners have the same problem and its just not on for a new car :!:
