Mines an 06 plate and i had the plastic button which cracked and broke off :evil: Then Ford fixed it and replaced it with the aluminium one :D Looks and feels much better 8)

Magic mate :D I have printed the 2nd pm you posted and will show to my Fords. I will ask them to skip to stage 3 as i dont have time for them to do what i have already done :x I know this aint just mine as i've seen severeal cars with the same prob but i guess it doesnt bother the owners that much :shock: lol will give updates once its been booked into Fords :D

Guys, i know there have been several posts about this but i wanted to post a new one as the other threads are full. Has anyone noticed creaking sounds coming from their doors? I get this when i get off my drive or if i park on high payments :? I had this on my other MK2 but i think its not acceptable. If i knew i was going to be tortured like this i wouldn't have got another MK2 and would have bought a GOLF I have a nudge its the door seals rubbing or somthing :x A ford techi took it out for a spin and said he also heard it and said that its the way the car is and told me to put some sort

Yes mines lowered using eibachs. Sunny part exchanged his car for another titanium but black. Both of us went to see it at the garage and it just come out of the bodyshop with the msdesign kit fitted 8)

I may ask them just to fit them on and calaborate it as i will be getting the alloys and tyres elsewhere tho they are Ford ones :P BUT why do we need to do it? I know sticking on 18"s will make the car a tad slower but will calaborating it make it the way i drive now? still dont get it :?

Guys i should be getting my 18"s prity sooon 8) and just wanted to know whether i need to calabrate it with the speedo on my focus mk2. Some people go from 16"s to 18"s without doing adjustments but i've heard a few people do it on here with their focuses :?

I bought my Dad identical ones to Sai's. They are front and back and have a shinier / more polished look that the Ford ones. Also they stop around where the line is in the photo of vestaxboy's covers (under the word 'focus'. They do not bend over the edge like the Ford ones do. As cherry said the sills are shinier so there was no point in taking a picture as it wouldnt come out well :lol: I've got a few compliments tho from my passengers tho 8)

Hi mate! ive got the rear brakes on mine as mines the 1.8. Very much doubt you can get the conversion done and it is not really required for a 1.6 especially if its a diesel. Save your money mate :)
