  1. That's true - It's not even on the same platform at the current Focus - no relation whatsoever. The cars above will be bassed on this new platform - nothing else. Personally, I love it for a MPV. Martin Smith who designed the latest Astra is the man who has come up with this... Ian :D
  2. Thanks for that - anyone have an idea what they look like on a red ST? Ian :D
  3. Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone had any pictures of the new ST (like below) on the Blue, Red etc (other than the ones below) Ian :D

  5. Hello guys, I've just complete a Build your own on Ford's website and see that cruise control is now a £200 option on the Titanium. Is this new? because I thought you couldn't get it at all with the Titanium. Ian :D
  6. Lifestyle Ford @ Gatwick have a ST-2 perfomance Blue - only thing is that it is a 5 door, not 3. 55 reg - two slight marks on the rear bumper that can eaily be touched up. It's cost is £18'999! Ian :D

  8. Looks like the new C-MAX will have a nice new nose, looks like a 4x4 version is likely too;
  9. Yes matey I have actually the new Focus / C-MAX is miles better than the golf its far too conservative. I don't think they are as good as they used to be. And with the amount of driving I do i see enough Polos & Golfs on the hardshoulder with their hazzards on. You tell me what is good about them? It cant bel because of their costs, build quality or even styling.
  10. Well what a stupid question in the first place - why a C-MAX? Well, why if your that interested go and ask ford themselves they should give you a very good answer. There is no need to have a go at fellow C-MAX owners to why they have bought there car. Everyone has there own reasons to why they bought a C-MAX If you want a completly pointless car try the VW Golf Plus! It's even more boring than the .normal hatchback. This forum is really let down by complete idiots at times :roll: Ian
  11. The two top pictures of the S-MAX are the final production pictures of the new S-MAX! In fact the new S-MAX & Galaxy was designed by Martin Smith who in fact designed the latest Astra. He now works for Ford. Ian :D
  12. Heres a couple; This is how the C-MAX may look; Ian :D
  13. The C-MAX will have a new front end, with it being based on the new S-MAX & Galaxy. Very slight suspension upgrade. Revised & Improved interior (in terms of try to get less rattles etc) Other than that improvements to the quality issues they have had on the C-MAX. Improvements to the 2.0 TDCi for example. Also, a 4x4 version is on the cards. Ian :D
  14. The Deep Rosso Red has been replaced ny Tango Red - seen it on a 3 door MK2 as well as a C-MAX and looks impressive. More upmarket appeal in my opinion. Ian :D
  15. Hello everyone, I was wondering if Ford were planning to re-introduce yellow on the mk2 Focus? Especially now they have brought out an Orange ST prehaps after the orange production is finished theywill re-introduce it on the mk2 ST? You can get a yellow KA now too. Ian :D
  16. I'm certain that the Focus CC will be out by the end of this year - it's still undergoing testing (see pictures below) The plans our Ford want to launch 3 new cars before the big launch of the CC. The cars our; Ford S-MAX (formally known as the SAV) New Ford Galaxy Revised Focus C-MAX Ian :D
  17. I recently had the same on my MK1 1.8 TDCi - it was the linkage which they adjusted. Best to get it sorted before its gets worse. It's nothing serious. Ian
  18. Hello everyone, I have an MK2 Titanium 2.0 6 speed TDCi for a Courtesy car as my MK1 had gone for a few warranty repairs / upgrades etc. Just a quick question - is there an option for confort, sport etc on the steering wheel anywhere? Ive found out all the other bits & pieces. Really impressed with the car throughout - don't want to give it back! Bumper match is spot on to (AQUARIUS) Thanks, Ian
  19. Ford will be revising the C-Max towards the end of 2006. Not a lot of changes will takes place, minor exterior changes, trim upgrades & any reliability issues to be dealt with. Ford need to revise the C-MAX mainly because of the launch of the new SAV and new Galaxy. Ford have also recently revised the Fiesta & Fusion also. Ford could also be planning to a 4x4 version of the C-MAX - but it hasn't been confirmed. Possible 4x4 Ian :D

  23. I have to say I would agree with him. Before I bought my Focus back in Feb 04, I test drove the new VW Golf and had to say the build quality was extremly poor. The door sounded like it didn't want to shut properly. Air conditioning made a strange sound when it was on and had to kept turning it off plus the switches and steering wheel felt not up to my standards. Everything was very dull inside...my friend who had always owned VW's in the past was horrified. They have become more unreliable than Skoda even though VW own them! Ian :D
