  1. It just pulls out... its all held in with clips Easyest way is to start pulling from above the steering wheel
  2. had a look in mine and nothing! Dont think it could get past the engines which have covers on.
  3. Just tried to wire them in now, but didnt work :( For some reason the lights dont work, took them appart to see if there is any fuse in it, but couldnt find any, then thought i might have blown one of the caps, but didnt see any scorch markes or anything.... Totally puzzled

  9. So dave, you have the oil temp and pressure working.... was that using the wiring which was in the car, or have you used new sesors?
  10. Its fine for 2 cans, but as soon as you visit McDonalds or anywhere like that, you can fit one in and use your lass for the other one! Just found today the good cup holders on the rear arm rest... might have to start using them!
  11. Tis the same as the fiesta ones mate.... not got mine working, but did have a look for the so called relay plug, but all i found was the airbag sensor

  14. Note the mk1 ST dont have a turbo, but has the oil temp and oil pressure ;)
  15. Nope, but you can get the oil pressure and oil temp part working! Will change the turbo bit to something like the air to fuel ratio... or there is a canny little supercharger im looking at ;)
  16. Right, im trying to get this wired up, and get at least the illumination to work... Ive tried the wires myself and couldnt find which wires were the illumination, but i did get the pins in the pod to move Here are the wires in the unit:

  18. You could go around and tighten all the bolts back up, and yes you do need the heat sheild, it stops things from melting

  20. The heat shield is from the front of the car all the way to the back, where the exhaust goes. Nothing much you can do to stop it
