Well i have got chrome led ultras on mine also, i would have prefered the smoked ones but i dont think they are 'chavvy' as the lexus ones

My 57 plate zetec climate has got the newer lighting and newer rounded stereo, so mines the mk2.1? whats the difference between mk2 and mk2.1?

Well i emailed the seller on ebay that is selling those door arm rest stainless steel plate things (another post in this section) to see if they can do the same but for the speedo to go around the dials (they do these for other cars). They replied saying that if i can tell them how to remove the glass front then they will do it for me, and IIRC its only about £16 posted from poland :D

Put your mats in the tumble dryer for a couple of hours, then beat them back into shape and put them back in your car. I had the same problem, did this and its gone :D Tumble dryer will need some cleaning tho :lol:

Do you know where the car was bought from? Could possibly find out from them, if not isnt there another way of finding out?

no fogs either! Don't think this is factory fitted. If they were mad enough to pay for the factory fitted kit then surely they would have paid for colour coding and fogs etc. Would it have even been an option on the base model? Would have thought at least zetec upwards??

I checked that last night. The carpets arnt damp at all. However I think the drivers mat could be damp. Think I will take the mats out when I get home and chuck them in the tumble dryer for an hour or so.

I went out to my car last night at about 10ish and the car was showing 0c. The inside of the windscreen only on the drivers side might I add, was covered in thin ice. It started on the edge by the A-pillar and went About 6 inches across the screen. This can't be normal surely??

I believe you can just get the new key from ebay with the blank blade. Just get the blade cut and program it to the car following the instructions in the handbook. However to start the car you will need to take the chip thing out of the old key and put it in the new one. I was also looking to do this. You can also change it for a Jag key too.

Take it to another ford dealers in the next town and see what they say. You could always ask to see the old flywheel etc to show that its been changed. If the person was off sick then they might have just stuck it back together?!

You can pick those little machine things up in asda. Think they are made my JML :wink:
