Serious shine on there, what polish/wax do you use on it?

The creaking I experienced driving up the car park ramps was the window seals. Ran a damp cloth over them today and that stopped them creaking for now.

Is the rear wiper blade 15" on the new focus?

I just bought some new Bosch front wipers they were £39! They've made a huge difference though.

They go just straight up.

I've noticed when driving up ramps in multi-storey car parks I can hear a really loud creaking coming from the rear of the car, is this a known problem? Could this be the creaking problem that others have reported? Thanks Maff

I will check the boot today, it just the air coming into the car smells musty to me like the pollen filter is wet so that's why I suspected that.

Now this colder weather is here I get back to my car after it's been in the car park at work all day and the inside of the glass is really steamed up. None of the other cars in the car park seem to be. I wondered if some water had got in somewhere but I've felt all the carpets etc and can feel no damp. The only other thing I can think of is the pollen filter, perhaps that's wet, is that a possibility do you think?

I've noticed that when I pull away in the Focus I can hear something move backwards inside the driver's door and then when I come to a stop I hear it move forwards again. Anyone had this problem or know what it might be?

I keep looking for the MP3 version on e-bay but they always seem to be the 6 disc!

The new Focus has rather a lot of exterior trim. What do you guys use to keep it looking like new? I've tried two products now by Meguiars and Chemical Guys and as soon as there's a heavy morning dew or a bit of rain they run down the paintwork spoiling my newly polished paint!

What date does it say it was registered? Perhaps wanted to count it in with last months sales?

Hello I'm getting a buzzing type rattle coming from the driver's door when driving along, worse on certain road surfaces, is this normal? Thanks Maff

When I bought mine it had the full size spare, got them to swap it for the space saver but I don't think they changed the carpet seems fine to me.

Why would you need a new carpet?

I've noticed today that the driver's door does not close as tightly to the bodywork as the passenger's door. I can push my finger between the rubber seal and the body when the door is closed on the driver's side but it's not possible to do that on the passenger's side. Is this normal? I've also noticed the gap between the door trim and the dash is huge compared to that on the passenger's side! Maff

Hello I just bought a used MK2 Focus after driving a new Astra for a while (the worst car I've ever owned) and just have a couple of questions. It's a 1.6 Ti-VCT Zetec Climate with 9000 miles on the clock. I'm really pleased with the car but there's a couple of niggles I've noticed and wonder if anyone else has experienced the same problems? Firstly the rear part of the driver's seat, the part you sit on, the fabric is a little loose causing a ruckle, it's as if the fabric is not tight enough, is this normal?
