Why was your car in the workshop craig?

You can pull the mouldings off but i suggest if you want to colour code you buy new moulding 1. Better results after painting as trims are primed 2. The original mouldings might get damaged when taken off the car so wont be able to use it and also the quality after painting will prob be quite shabby unless you use the artificial prime and give it multiple coats. Did this on my old MK2 and its not really the same. I ordered new moulding and it cost me around £77.00 from Fords with employee disc. This also comes primed. Hope this helps Sai

Mikey being the nyc guy that i am i will let that pass 8) Thats the only prob i seem to have with the car but to tell you the truth i'm the only one that noticed it and no1 else really did but i always pick the smallest faults out :roll: Will have a go at cleaning the rails under the seat. :|

Guys how do i solve squeaking seats? Prob seems to be with the driver seat only and squeaks when the car is in motion and when i move my legs around :? You think wd40 will help?

ahhh!!! Spoke to Ford and they said they cant get the machined ones i want only the silver ones :?

Thinking of getting these alloys for my focus :) what u guys think? Mines a sea grey so i'm wondering whether it would suit or not :? OMG my handbrake button broke tonite! :evil: Car only covered 9000miles aswell! Will be in touch with Ford Care to make some complaints tomorrow if i am charged for fixing this!

Well altogether will cost him £1575.00 to supply and fit the kit which is resonable i guess especially when you will get professionals to spray and fit the kit. Sometimes its worth that extra bit i'd say :) I on the other hand know a garage so prob wouldn't let Ford do it and i would pay much less :roll:

Well if you read carefully they can supply a stereo for the focus also. You just have to let them know what vehicle you have :wink:

NO warranty issues mate. Ford only have concern for mechanical issues with the car + anything else non mechanical (eg. door trims etc) only covered for 1 year anyways so your ok :wink: Oh ye welcome to the ffoc :D

I think the dealer going to charge him £800.00 to paint and fix it for him. I was lucky i got the car like that straight from Fords :D and i didn't pay extra for the kit or the springs 8)

btw how much did you pay for the player :?:
