i also have a rather quiet sound of 'flushing water' when i'm accelerating but i just assumed that was the engine 'breaking in' as its only a few months old. i have a 1.6 sport if thats any concellation (whats yours Jo?)

Hi i'm fairly new to this website, and have had my mk2 focus sport for 4 months now, and since joining this fantastic and helpful site i have found a whole world of useful hints and tips for doing various bits and pieces. I would just like some advice on where would be the best place to get a set of blue floor mats (tailored) and a set of blue gaitors for my mk2. any help is much appreciated. Many thanks.

yeah that sounds fair enough, cheers for looking into it though. i still think it must be possible to wire them up to somewhere i.e. the headlight switch, as you do with other things. thanks minsterman

well ford obviously built all models with the brackets and then just added stuff the better the model but i'm sure someone who has a focus with the bulb holders already fitted must know or can easily find out where they are connected and what is needed? i will find out even if it means speaking to Ford themselves. thanks for all the posts so far, it has answered my question, i'm now just hoping for a little more success as how to wire them up and what is needed? chers guys so far

as per the title, i would like to know if the sport model already has the bulb holders before i pay 20 quid to buy the kit to wire them up. also has anyone changed their orange indicator bulbs for anything else? and how do i remove the amber filters? many thanks in advance. sorry if this is already posted else where, i've been looking for a while.

not a bad swap then? i have a 56 plate sport, not sure about the initials before it lol but its a nice car and i got mine tax free brand new for £8,500 and thats with euro lights front and back, with the uk lights in boxes (i am currently in germany), so very affordable. i'm just wondering if it would sell for a good price in november when i can sell it again. i would love to upgrade it (not that i am displeased with the sport or anything) or on the other hand sell it at 3 years old and use the money to lay down a deposit on something else, maybe the top spec focus in 09? ah decisions dec

no worries mate, i think the sport is the same as the zetec though. don't know what the titanium one looks like, i assume it is also silver?

Archeci, that wouldn't happen to be your zetec dash trim that is been sold on ebay by alke02eww? seems a coincidence other wise. just one question? is it the same panel which is in the sport and also what is the style of the titanum compared to the silver zetec one?

its just that the driver mat isn't fully secure as in the pegs don't stay in the carpet below the seat, not a massive problem like, maybe im just heavy footed. they are still nice though, can't argue with them good quality and nice fit.
