  1. Hi All, I know this has come a few times and as I did mine over the weekend I thought I'd share the result. Spend £10 in Halford (or any other good retailer) and got specific brake paint in blue, Spend about 3 hours doing it in full, this was puting the front up on Axel stands, taking the wheels off (and gave them a damm good scrub!) Most the time was spent on prepareing the brakes, cleaning them down with a large brush and fairy liquid, then a old toothbrush to get into the smaller bits. Masked off the bit to be painted and gave it 1 coat, waited a hour for the 2nd. Work up in
  2. GazzNWW, Beautiful, love it !!
  3. donovan2123, Beautiful mate, makes me want mine even more now !
  4. Damm it I bet I can't afford to save up that much in time to catch them! Resulton the price though!
  5. I prefer the back of them, with the mini spoiler/bump in mid boot. I like what they've done with the main spoiler as well, curving it around the side over the lights
  6. donovan2123, bootiful! Well theres 3 of us, surely thats enough to start a group buy :P
  7. bigbeere, Wow, ok I might have got that massivly wrong. Better increase my savings budjet :P Cheers for the info though mate!
  8. bigbeere, Off the top of my head I think it was just over 200 quid painted, but I could be wrong on that. Hope it helps Nick
  9. bigbeere, Hi Buddy I'm after the same thing but just can't afford it, I think Loader do a styling pack as well with front lowbrows and a nice side skirt that goes well. Personaly I'm after the chrome one Nick
  10. So its like a resivouir in case a sharp intake is needed? Thats a pretty good idea! is there any plans for a 1.8 version ? and idea on prices ? Nick

  15. 2nd thing I did when I picked it up after razzing the crap out it .
  16. YorkshirePudding, Theres a panel that floats ontop of whatever amount of petrol you've got in there, this means that when your low on fuel there isn't a large area where it could turn into the gas form. I think thats right, if anyone could step in with a better explanation? Nick
  17. I've always lead to belive its where most tanks have a "Floating roof" to stop any petrol in there turning to gas. and thats what creates the vacum. Nick
  18. donovan2123, how much did a pair of them set you back ? Nick
  19. Sorry to hear your probs mike, hope its sooner than later you get it! Nick
  20. Mike Sales, something similar, I think I went to press the button the same time as a call came in and it confused my radio/phone. Basicly the "voice control listening" was on the dash and the radio displayed "ready:Newcott" but the radio was playing and no other buttons where responding (including volume) Once I did that with the fused not had problem since. Nick
  21. Mike Sales, Hi buddy, ever now and then my voice control gets stuck on itself. Try removing fuses numbers 108 & 112 108 is the radio, 112 is audio & navigation accessories. Make sure you have your radio code when you pull out 112. Thats what I did when mine screwed up. but works fine now. Nick
  22. mikeyg1981, does that one work with the voice control as well ? Nick
  23. Cheers minster, that was my understanding too. Just a bit shocked that 7k in the car would need either of these done. Nick
